Senior Accounts Executive - US Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a strong background in US Finance and hands-on experience in US Accounting. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our finance team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while adhering to US accounting principles and regulations. Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Conduct month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
Handle tax-related activities, including sales tax reporting, state tax compliance, and assisting with the preparation of federal tax returns.
Monitor and reconcile intercompany transactions to maintain accurate financial records across different entities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Review and analyze accounting processes, suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Stay updated with US accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance.
Assist in external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors as required.
Handle special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned by management.

3-5 years hands on US Accounting {Accounts Receivables(AR), Account Payables(AP), GL, Taxation & Compliance}.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting must (B.Com/BBA) & Finance (MBA)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics 365) and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with tax compliance and familiarity with US tax regulations is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex financial data.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams and external auditors is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CA/CPA or CMA are a plus but not mandatory.
