We are seeking a highly experienced EDI Tech Lead with strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator to lead EDI development, support, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BPML, Gateway configurations, and Lightwell, along with leadership capabilities to guide technical teams and ensure high-quality EDI solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and support of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Develop and manage BPML workflows, business processes, and routing logic.
- Configure and support Sterling Gateway / communication adapters.
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI mappings (X12 / EDIFACT).
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to EDI team members. - Drive trading partner onboarding, testing, and certification activities.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for deployments and upgrades.
- Ensure adherence to EDI best practices, security standards, and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
- 7 to 12 years of hands-on experience in EDI / B2B Integration.
- Strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI).
Extensive experience with BPML and business process orchestration. - Hands-on experience with Sterling Gateway / Communication adapters.
- Proven experience with Lightwell (LSI) for EDI mapping.
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards: X12, EDIFACT.
Experience handling high-volume production environments. - Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with Sterling File Gateway (SFG).
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD practices.
- Experience in upgrade and migration projects.
