Business Analyst

Role Summary

Support business analysis, documentation, and customer engagement efforts for wealth management or investment solutions. Assist in requirements gathering, client communications, prototype development, and project support to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in client meetings, supporting requirements elicitation and documenting functional needs related to portfolio management, onboarding, reporting, and compliance.
  • Assist in designing and building solution prototypes, wireframes, and proof-of-concept models; participate in demos and gather feedback to drive iterative improvement.
  • Help coordinate the transition of approved prototypes into comprehensive, deployed solutions by working with technical, QA, and client stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date understanding of investment product workflows, trade lifecycle, portfolio analytics, and customer digital experience.
  • Prepare process maps, user stories, training guides, and project status reports aligned to wealth/investment platforms.
  • Track project risks, milestones, and deliverables; escalate roadblocks as needed.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between clients and the delivery team.
  • Contribute to industry research or competitor analysis for client workshops.
  • Willingness and readiness to travel and work at customer locations to support project and client success.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance/business/related domain is a strong plus).
  • 1-3 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, or project support—ideally in wealth management or investments.
  • Familiarity with defining and refining solution prototypes and supporting their full implementation into business solutions.
  • Knowledge of investment products, portfolio workflows, or wealth management technology platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to prepare clear materials for both clients and internal audiences.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative; able to plan and deliver against project timelines.
  • Experience in supporting demos, user acceptance testing, or documentation for financial solutions is an advantage.
