Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our company
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients or business opportunities through various channels such as online research, networking events, and cold calling.
- Contact prospective clients to introduce our products/services and establish rapport.
- Schedule meetings or presentations with potential clients to showcase our offerings and discuss their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for generating leads and converting them into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist in the development of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance sales and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 2 years in an international outbound process
- Revelant Experience in a Customer Service or a BPO background will bring added value.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
