Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the company's software products. This includes identifying target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and selecting appropriate digital channels (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, email marketing, etc.) to achieve these goals.
- Conduct keyword research, perform on-page and off-page SEO activities, and Oversee SEO strategies to improve the visibility and ranking of the company's website and content on search engines.This includes keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building efforts. Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other digital advertising networks
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create and schedule compelling content, monitor performance, and respond to audience interactions
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms. Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging while addressing target audience needs.
- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
- Develop and oversee the execution of a content strategy that supports the company’s marketing goals. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, videos, and social media content
- Plan and execute content distribution strategies to maximize reach and engagement. This includes leveraging social media, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and content syndication platforms.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows. Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
- Oversee the development and ongoing management of the company’s website, ensuring it aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy and serves as an effective tool for lead generation, customer engagement, and brand representation.
- Experience on WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website coding practices. Hands on experience in WordPress design & development (Plugin, Theme optimiziation, Landing Pages etc)
- Strong knowledge on digital marketing tools like, SEMrush, Ahrfs, MOZ, Similarweb, hubspot, email marketing tools, grammerly, copyscape. SEOQuake, etc
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Communicate on a regular basis with all relevant stakeholders including sales & marketing teams and IT department to ensure all digital efforts are fully synced up
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing efforts. Regularly report on these KPIs to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimization initiatives to maximize marketing ROI
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and analyze competitors to keep the company ahead
Skills and Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the IT industry, with a focus on B2B products or SaaS services etc
- Expertise in all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and web analytics
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Linkedin Ads Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs etc.
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress (Design, Development & Maintenance (Plugin, Theme optimiziation)
- Proficient in using SEO and Marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Mailchimp, CRM, HubSpot, Marketo) for lead nurturing and campaign management
- Hands-on experience with website analytics, SEO audits, and implementing technical SEO improvements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
