Roles & Responsibilities
7+ years of experience in EDI, Solution and Application Architecture
- Sterling B2B Integrator and Lightwell/Eliassen Framework
- Sterling Secure Proxy & Authentication Server
- IBM MQ
- Support the operations on above systems, both from a platform and application perspective.
- Administration activities on servers including upgrades, patch installations and DR tests.
- Provide assistance to EDI Development and Support Teams for new and existing customer integrations
- Creation and maintenance of generic objects (BPs, Maps, Workflows, etc) to support EDI Development teams
- Technical documentation maintenance and creation
- Collaborate with EDI Developers and Business Owners to convert customer/business requirements into technical specifications.
- Research and troubleshoot Production EDI system issues along work with the EDI Support team
- Installation and documentation of any new products added to the EDI landscape
- Deployment of code and configurations into production, using both Legacy and DevOps methodologies.
- Engage in EDI modernization migrations from on-premise to containers and K8’s on cloud
Technical Capabilities
- Strong experience in Sterling Integrator
- Able to create and troubleshoot business processes
- Able to create and troubleshoot maps (SI and ITX)
- Strong experience in ITX/ITXA
- Able to create and troubleshoot maps in Design Studio & Design Server
- Experience with Sterling Secure Proxy and Sterling External Authentication Services
- Cloud experience, preferably with Azure or AWS. Familiarity with open-source Kubernetes, especially Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Good knowledge of Containerization with Sterling Integrator.
- Awareness of DevOps concepts
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Experience working with MQ
- Experience working with Solution and Technical Design documents.
- Basic understanding of Network topology and related concepts.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience configuring/working on a containerized environment with Sterling Integrator
- Experience configuring/working on DevOps with EDI
- Exposure to BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible and Groovy
- Experience with Lightwell Framework with Sterling Integrator
- Knowledge of Design server for ITX
- Experience with DB2 or MS SQL or Oracle
- Experience with Jarvis
- Experience with AIX / Linux OS
- Experience with Jira/Confluence
- Experience with Confluent Kafka
