Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Support day-to-day administrative needs such as managing calendars, expense reporting, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
  • Draft and edit emails, memos, and basic reports.
  • Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.
  • Help coordinate team activities, events, and company communications.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Provide general project support, tracking deadlines and action items.
  • Learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and responsibilities as the role grows. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Communications, or related field) or equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or support role (internships and part-time roles count).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and tools.
