HR Business Partner

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩- Partner with business leaders to design and implement people strategies, workforce planning, and organization design.

𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Drive goal-setting, appraisals, and succession planning.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 – Lead engagement initiatives and improve workplace culture.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 – Manage employee relations with fairness and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 – Identify skill gaps and design training interventions.

𝐇𝐑 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 – Oversee onboarding, exit processes, and analyze HR metrics to provide insights.

We are looking for

 

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies & Indian labor laws
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with HR dashboard proficiency
  • Prior HRBP or generalist experience supporting tech teams preferred
