Job Description
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the IBM Maximo system.
- Provide support for Maximo users and resolve any system-related issues.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
- Perform data imports, exports, and system configurations as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Knowledge of IBM Maximo or similar enterprise asset management systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills in Maximo administration.
- Prior internship or project experience with Maximo or related technologies is desirable.
- Knowledge on any cloud technologies like IBM Cloud, Azure cloud, GCP and AWS cloud.(Big Plus)
- Knowledge on IBM Maximo Application suite installation end to end process.(Big Plus)
- Knowledge on SSO, LDAP and SAML configurations.(Big Plus)
- Knowledge on databases like IBM DB2, MYSQL and Oracle databases.(Big Plus)
