IBM Maximo EAM and MAS8 Administration | Mid Level

Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration and maintenance of the IBM Maximo system.
Provide support for Maximo users and resolve any system-related issues.
Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
Perform data imports, exports, and system configurations as needed.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Maximo.

Maximo Relevant experience - 3+ years
Hands on experience in Maximo Configuration & Customization
Have worked in Maximo Upgrade project - minimum 1
Maximo Administration skills - WebSphere app server
IBM Maximo Application Suite - MAS8 skills - RedHat OpenShift
Serve as Maximo Application Administrator, providing technical assistance to the team along with guidance to the client on complex system implementation.
Maximo Integration skills with external systems/interfaces
Maximo Configuration Migration using Migration Manager (preferred)
Worked in customer facing/interaction/support roles (preferred)
Exposure to Maximo Performance optimizations and troubleshooting skills (preferred)
Working experience on one or more of IBM MAS Offerings (MAS Manage, CP4D, Monitor, Health, Predict, MVI)
Working experience on RedHat operating systems.
Exposer on any cloud technologies like IBM Cloud, Azure cloud, GCP and AWS cloud.
IBM Maximo Application suite installation end to end process.
Knowledge on SSO, LDAP and SAML configurations.
Experience on databases like IBM DB2, MYSQL and Oracle databases.
Collaborate with consultants and other subject matter experts across the internal and external landscape.
Also, this role requires 24x7 support. Candidate should be flexible to work in shift.
Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise
Familiarity with Kubernetes/OpenShift is Big Plus
