Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our GenAI and automation solutions.
- Qualify potential leads and schedule follow-up appointments or demos.
Product & Industry Knowledge
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Clearly convey product benefits and features to prospective clients, highlighting the value of automation and AI-driven solutions.
Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with potential customers by listening to their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
- Handle inquiries, clarify customer concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Conversion & Pipeline Management
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM, including lead status, follow-up dates, and relevant prospect information.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and mentoring programs to continuously improve sales skills.
Travel (as Needed)
- Be willing to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory,
- Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 year of prior sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts, especially around AI and automation.
- Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (training will be provided).
