Jr. Software Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to introduce our GenAI and automation solutions.
  • Qualify potential leads and schedule follow-up appointments or demos.

Product & Industry Knowledge

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Clearly convey product benefits and features to prospective clients, highlighting the value of automation and AI-driven solutions.

Customer Engagement

  • Build relationships with potential customers by listening to their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Handle inquiries, clarify customer concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Conversion & Pipeline Management

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM, including lead status, follow-up dates, and relevant prospect information.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share market feedback.
  • Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and mentoring programs to continuously improve sales skills.

Travel (as Needed)

  • Be willing to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory,
  • Master’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.
  • 0–1 year of prior sales, lead generation, or outbound calling experience is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and concepts, especially around AI and automation.
  • Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and building relationships in a team-oriented environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software (training will be provided).
  • Knowledge of Cold calling and professional sales
