Marketing Head

Job Summary

The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth for our organization. This role involves leading digital marketing, demand generation, content strategy, and account-based marketing while collaborating with sales and product teams to position the company as an industry leader

Job Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, and brand positioning.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure high performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing with revenue objectives.

Lead Generation & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts.
  • Optimize conversion funnels to improve marketing-generated revenue.

Brand Building & Thought Leadership

  • Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the IT services industry.
  • Manage public relations, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance visibility.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.
  • Develop thought leadership programs, including executive branding on professional networking social media(LinkedIn, etc..).

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and ROI.
  • Manage website strategy, ensuring user experience (UX) and lead conversion optimization.

Events & Partnerships

  • Plan and execute marketing efforts for industry conferences, webinars, and networking events.
  • Develop strategic alliances with technology partners (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, etc.).

Customer Engagement & Retention

  • Develop marketing campaigns to enhance customer retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Manage customer advocacy programs, including testimonials and case studies.
