Job Description
An office administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of an office, including tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and communication with clients. They may also be responsible for ordering supplies, managing the office budget, and supervising other office staff. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are important qualities for an office administrator to have.
Responsibilities
- The candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations.
- From scheduling meetings to communicating between departments.
- You will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
- Interact with IT and building personnel as needed
- Manage Mails and shipment needs of the Organization
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
