Responsibilities
- Contracts & Legal Review – Reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Partnerships Registration – Managing registrations and documentation for new partnerships.
- Vendor Portal Registration & Onboarding – Handling vendor portal setup, onboarding, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Compliance & Filings – Managing company compliance, required statutory filings, and maintaining company documents.
- Agreements Review – Reviewing and supporting preparation of agreements like SOW, MSA, NDA and similar documents.
- Vendor & Market Research – Handling requests for research on vendors and service providers and acting as a bridge between the requester and potential vendor/service provider.
- Contract Preparation – Drafting and preparing contracts and related documentation (SOW, MSA, NDA and others)
- Stakeholder Coordination – Connecting with contractors, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders for operational tasks.
- Cross-Functional Support – Acting as a bridge between HR and Finance for smooth coordination.
- Legal Team Collaboration – Connecting with the Legal team on requirements and compliance checks as needed
