Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track progress on multiple projects, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and documentation are maintained.
- Assist in defining and refining product requirements, working closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and occasionally end-users.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to support product planning, backlog grooming, and user story creation.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and virtual sessions to encourage participation and gather insights.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including US-based clients.
- Use project tracking and collaboration tools (like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello) to manage tasks and report progress.
- Help prioritize tasks and resources based on shifting business goals and timelines.
- Support QA and UAT efforts through documentation and coordination.
- Conduct basic competitive research or user feedback analysis to support product decisions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Experience working with clients or teams in the US or other international time zones.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and product development processes.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with tools like MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
