Role Summary
Serve as the key liaison and trusted advisor to wealth management and investment clients, owning delivery and stakeholder engagement for all phases of the project lifecycle. Foster meaningful client relationships, drive outcomes, and ensure solutions are aligned to industry needs and regulatory best practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as the organization’s front face to wealth management, investment, and financial advisory clients.
- Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution fitment tailored to wealth, portfolio management, and investment operations.
- Define, design, and validate solution prototypes that reflect client needs, using workshops and iterative feedback to refine features and user journeys.
- Drive the transformation of prototypes and conceptual models into scalable, production-grade solutions—coordinating closely with technical, QA, and customer teams throughout implementation.
- Guide customer engagements—project planning, delivery, risk management, and ongoing relationship management.
- Deliver compelling demos and presentations on investment platforms, digital onboarding, portfolio analytics, client reporting, and compliance modules.
- Build rapport with C-level executives, advisors, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate complex regulatory, compliance, and financial planning requirements into clear documentation and actionable deliverables.
- Provide industry insights on digital adoption, client portals, transaction workflows, investment performance tracking, and fee structures.
- Conduct competitor, trend, and regulatory analysis to support client strategy recommendations.
- Document business cases, project charters, user stories, and process maps specific to wealth/investment platforms.
- Offer guidance for smoother delivery, including UAT, user training, and support for post-launch transition.
- Willing and able to travel as project needs dictate and work at customer locations to enable close client collaboration and ensure project success.
Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (finance/business/related); MBA, CFA or industry certifications preferred.
- 5+ years’ business analysis, consulting, or client delivery experience with a focus on wealth management or investment platforms.
- Demonstrated success in defining solution prototypes, leading their refinement, and delivering them as robust operational solutions.
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, investment products, client onboarding, compliance (KYC, AML), and regulatory reporting.
- Excellent communication skills—adept at presenting to both business and technical/IT audiences.
- Experience managing client workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment.
- Keen sense of customer needs in private banking, HNI/UHNI servicing, asset allocation, or digital wealth management.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and relationship-building expertise.
- Prior work with project management, delivery planning, and cross-functional teams in BFSI sector.
