Senior Global HR Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with over 10 years of experience, including significant global exposure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR operations across multiple countries, driving global HR initiatives, and supporting business expansion in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

Global HR Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with international HR teams to ensure alignment on policies, practices, and cultural nuances.

Talent Management:

  • Oversee global talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
  • Drive performance management processes across different regions, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Manage complex employee relations issues across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Promote employee engagement through global initiatives and best practices.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure global compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee audits and manage risks related to international employment practices.

Global HR Operations:

  • Manage global HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization across regions.

Learning and Development:

  • Develop and implement global training and development programs tailored to diverse cultural and business needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I):

  • Lead global DE&I initiatives, ensuring the promotion of an inclusive and diverse workplace.
  • Monitor and report on global DE&I metrics and progress.

    Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role with global responsibilities.
    • Proven experience in an MNC or large global organization.
    • Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-cultural management skills.
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across different regions.
    • Experience with global HRIS and other HR technology platforms
