As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy, collaborating with hiring managers, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Skill set:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Talent Sourcing and Networking:
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.
Candidate Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment methods.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to establish strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of organizational goals and staffing requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
Mentorship and Training:
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.
- Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team through training and knowledge sharing.
Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
- Share market insights with the team and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with at least 7-10 years of progressive recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with executive-level recruitment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
