Job Description

Skill set:

Full-Cycle Recruitment:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job profiling to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Talent Sourcing and Networking:

  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and efficiency.

Candidate Assessment:

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective assessment methods.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to establish strong relationships and ensure a clear understanding of organizational goals and staffing requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.

Mentorship and Training:

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the recruitment team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing professional development of the team through training and knowledge sharing.

Market Intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor practices to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Share market insights with the team and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter with at least 7-10 years of progressive recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Recruiting or Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience with executive-level recruitment.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
