Job Description
We are looking for Business Development Manager to add to our sales and marketing team. Experienced in selling software/services, proven expertise in working with clients.
Responsibilities
- Detailed understanding on PragmaEdge Product Portfolio and Service Offerings
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Good Experience in Generating Business leads and cold calling the prospective customers
- Responsible for sales and achieving revenue goals set by management
- Need To identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Need To identifying businesses from existing clients and upsell / cross sell.
- Have experience on b2b sales and selling IT products / solutions / consulting services.
- Relevant experience in marketing and sales.
- Continuously grow and update the prospect database to generate pipeline.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Ensures timely follow-up with the clients and complete the task.
- Knows how to manage a sales pipeline, understands CRMs
- Experience in handling clients in US/UK Markets
Qualifications
- Applicants should also have excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and time-management skills.

- Computer proficiency including the Microsoft Office suite.
