Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and exit formalities.
- Manage US payroll and benefits administration in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Maintain employee records in HRIS/HRMS (Workday, ADP, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
- Oversee employment-based immigration compliance (I-9, E-Verify, H-1B, L-1, OPT, CPT).
- Act as the point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and immigration.
- Support HR audits and ensure compliance with employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
- Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and provide HR guidance.

Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting.
Review, draft, and manage employee contracts, offer letters, amendments, and legal agreements (MSA, NDA, SOW) to ensure compliance with company policies and US labor regulations.
