Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including software developers, engineers, network specialists, cybersecurity experts, data scientists, and other technical roles.
  • Source candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, collect feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Maintain and update candidate and job data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitive intelligence to effectively target talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during recruitment processes. 

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter, preferably recruiting for the US market. 
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry trends. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency with ATS and recruiting software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo). 
  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and self-motivated. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field preferred. 
  • Experience with technical screening tools and assessments. 
  • Familiarity with US employment laws and regulations. 
  • Networking skills to engage passive candidates. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
